01The problem

An NGO needed more than a brochure site. It needed to verify that trees were really planted, run volunteer drives and accept donations transparently.

02Trust is the product

For a plantation NGO, a photo of a sapling is only worth something if people believe it. So registration happens through the live camera, with GPS accuracy checks, and suspicious submissions (duplicate photos, photos of screens) are flagged for a human to review before they count.

03Out in the open

Verified trees appear on a public live map. Volunteers can find plantation drives, RSVP and get email confirmations. Donations go through Razorpay and every donor gets a receipt automatically.

04Behind the scenes

A full admin console lets the team review registrations, run drives and keep track of donations without touching code.

05What I built

  1. 01Live-camera tree registration with GPS accuracy checks and anti-fraud detection: duplicate photos, screen-photo detection and human review
  2. 02A public live tree map
  3. 03Plantation drives with RSVPs and email confirmations
  4. 04Razorpay donations with automatic receipts
  5. 05A full admin console
